Got, but not many do online or actively in forum to promote mah. You call up Bosch to get the dealer.

Bosch I see a lot. In HN, senQ and home pro. But panasonic is very rare. I did see 1 or 2 shop sell before. But can't recall.

Which model you get? The local pana website model is very old model which is going to phase out soon. I m looking at the latest model which others Asian country selling now. Pana HK have widest range. If I can't get here, thinking going HK to get it if holiday there.

Will check with pana shop. But very hard to find pana shop. Any between pj?

Ok. Thank you for reply bro.

But not everyone have the luxury to drop-by to your showroom in KL. I know Fotile can deliver to kampung and the delivery is FOC.

Tak apa lah.. Ada lagi lain supplier for Fotile.

To be honest I do have some quoted I but you talked so good about the GCG90201 and thinking your price must be the best.

Ya agreed. Not everyone is able to drive down to the show room. So actually I'm suggesting that can at least quote us a promo price. If ok, we can drop down to the show room to get more discount.

Unboxed my Cabana sink today and was truly upset to find out it is dented.

I am also extremely disappointed with Builders Hardware for refusing to take responsibility.

I bought a smaller and cheaper sink before this elsewhere, and it was perfectly fine.

Why pay much more to get a dented sink?

For those who PM me, yes.. it is from Builders Hardware, Kepong. Zheilwane refuses to take responsibility and teach me to blame it on my contractor.

Since I bought the sink, I was very careful with it cuz its gonna be installed in my dream home. I carefully kept it in the store room... till I unboxed it today. How can I accuse my contractor which is not their fault? This is a very immoral.

The sink dented even before using, now I doubt their products.

Please think twice before buying from them. Good luck!

Not siding anyone but based on my experience with Builders Hardware, they will normally ask you to check your stuffs before you go. For my case, i bought quite a number of stuffs from them and they open one by one for me to check.

So, i am not sure about your case. Cheers. icon_rolleyes.gif

As mentioned by kokmengng, we do open n let our customers to check their products especially Kitchen sinks, Mirrors and ceramic items. We already open up for you to check that it is OK, so now it is dented, most probably it is damaged by your contractor during installation, this happens very often and contractors usually come to purchase a new one from my shop. Since u say, u kept it safely n only unbox now together with your contactor, that means the sink was damaged during storage or when u deliver to the contractor.

I m not refusing to take responsibility but the fact that the sink was in good condition when you collected it and we did open for you to check. I hope customers who have purchased from us could share their reviews here
