Hi @zheilwane, need your advise here.. due to budget constraint, i am looking at Elba :

a) ELB-779/90||EW-PLUS2C/HOD|
b) ELB-679/90||EW-PLUS2C/HOD|

Which one would you recommend as the price seems to be similar ..

Hey there @zheiwane, do u currently have any package including hood, hob and sink? I was advised to get a filter type of hood, any recommendation ? Preferably below RM3.5k.

I also prefers granite sink over stainless steel due to nicer look, what's the pros and cons for granite sink?

Tq and Merry Xmas

Hi guys, I am shifting to new house soon and planning to buy hood + hob (gas with two burner). If there is a promotion with give free sink, than its great as I need to purchase sink also, but I need undermount sink.

As I am new to this and its my first house, I am asking for your opinion which brand gives best ratio in quality & performance vs price.

Many sales person recommended me Fotile so I actually looked in Fotile catalogue and found two things, recycle and ducting type. So my another question is, recycle or ducting better in terms of performance and maintenance wise?

Also, what's the minimum gap between two burners so two woks can sit on the burners easily? And what's the minimum distance to the wall the hob need to be placed so the wok won't hit the wall.

Appreciate your suggestion, opinion, experience sharing!

bought a set of hood, hob and oven but the purchase price was not inclusive of installation services

better still, anybody can recommend a good contractor to do the above?
am assuming normal renovation contractor should be able to do this

Hi I went to look for hood and hob today. And the sales personnel actually introduced me to the BOSCH model. So far I don't seem to see anyone using this brand. Any idea whether this brand is good as hood and hob?
