Dear all,
I intend to lay a new 4mm cable from DB for my induction hob.
As for hood, may I know whether it's suitable to tap power from this new cable since the 4mm wire capacity is bigger than what the hob requires (hob requires 3-5kW?) ? I keep reading "induction hob requires dedicated power supply".

The other alternative is to tap from existing twin-SSO, which I try to avoid because need to use oven, etc.

Recently I saw alot brand with this type pattern, 1 of them Vees n Senz, suction almost 2000m3. 50/50 to me, not so like the opened hole without cover. Haha. But still considering it. Were looking for any few unit to compare.

Hmmm looks ok. Gonna visit shop and take a look. Is there any similar model incase couldnt find this?
I guess the main/common thing for hood is suction, self cleaning, and touchless rite? Is there anything function else I nid to compare?

My bro just bought Elba Zitto, comes with blowing cooling air. LOL!

By the way, how about cooking stove? Is there any recommended model?

Actually self cleaning hood only help to reduce a little oil at the fan blades, it wont clean the entire hood

you are looking for hood like this? unless ceiling is low or no wall to mount chimney hood. Downdraft hood waste ur cabinet space as the duct will b hidden inside ur kitchen cabinet.

Hi, I will be moving into my new house soon and is looking for kitchen appliances now. I see so many Fotile advertisements lately and many ppl seem to be using it.

How does it compare against Bosch/ Rinnai? I understand that Fotile is from China but the price range can be similar to Bosch or Rinnai. Hence wants to get the feedback from here.

I have not seen any bad reviews about Fotile so far so i guess its pretty reliable. I myself also just bought a Fotile gas hob and oven. I guess they are considered one of the better China brands when it comes to kitchen appliance because that's their only focus unlike brands like Midea or Haier that have a larger product portfolio. The other similar brand is Robam but not much mention about them here

Bosch is considered premium tier when it comes to kitchen appliance and their price reflects that. But I've read some bad reviews about their after sales service though, mainly due to spare parts

Rinnai is well known for their gas hobs

The most space saving is 60cm hood + domino hob but for very light cooking only, low performance but super cheap and space saving

Then you need to look for recirculation type.
