Hi, I will be moving into my new house soon and is looking for kitchen appliances now. I see so many Fotile advertisements lately and many ppl seem to be using it.

How does it compare against Bosch/ Rinnai? I understand that Fotile is from China but the price range can be similar to Bosch or Rinnai. Hence wants to get the feedback from here.

Hi, I bought this Fotile hood but currently my house still under ID design. Saw this photo on IG that the hood is hidden with cabinet.

Do you still need to put the stainless steel cover if it’s hidden in the cabinet?

Thanks, I just realised that the fotile hood is 317mm deep, does that mean my cabinet cannot be 300mm? Anyway other solution?

It seems that the standard cabinet depth is 300mm.

I have already bought the 9007 hood. Can you provide the optimum cabinet size in terms of height and depth needed to conceal it? You also mentioned the second top stainless steel cover is not necessary to install.

From the installation diagram, it looks like 750mm from counter top is good enough, is that correct?

Thanks! Is there any reason why the distance from hob to hood is 370mm when the installation diagram stated it can be 285-325mm?

Since I’m using and induction hob, does that mean 300mm is fine?

Hi zheilwane, want to get your expertise on this.

I just got my amg9007i installed last week and realised the left and right flap doesn’t move when I press either L or R button. Do you know what’s the issue with it? Is it a defect?

Im waiting for fotile customer support to call me on Monday but wonder if you know of a simple fix? Thank you.
