Hi guys i had bought my Z1 about 1 month ago, everything is great until 2 days ago i found that when im trying to unlock my screen, the whole touchscreen is not working, like virtually cannot sense my finger touch at all. The phone is not hang becoz the power and volume button are still working. in the end i need to use the force turn off (hold power + volume up). After a while i restart my phone again and the touchscreen is working.
The problem occurs once in a while and everytime i need to restart my Z1. this problem normally occurs when i am playing candy crush. Yesterday i cannot stand it anymore so i did a format and reinstallation by using the Sony PC companion. After the screen was ok for one day, and today the problem started again.
I am wondering anyone of you experienced the same problem as me? FYI my phone is on the latest version already. i don't have many apps in my phone, just facebook, watsapp, candy crush... and some common free legal apps.
If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me? Thanks in advance.

I had screen adjuster app installed and it screwed up my touch terribly. Even when I did not activate it. Uninstall it and work as charm. Some software might caused the problem.

Try reset the phone back to manufacturer setting, & try it without install any additional apps, if still got prob then its hardware problem, if it work fine after the reset, then some of your apps cause the problem.

everything is on default. Using M mode, 8MP, auto ISO (sometime I adjust myself).
till this day i still haven't done this feat yet. but i have run it under the tap many times. i would want to believe that since this is IP58 which is stronger than Z should be no problem..
no need la.. alternative phone should be ok.. 1gb RAM only.. for dual sim version available in Msia.. then at least can compete other brand phone
