Does your casing have opal shape (or should I say egg shape) at the camera opening? That cause the problem, the small opening toward the LED flash cause the light to bounce back to lens.

Try take pic without the casing.

yes, it is the problem. guess i needs to look for another case :-[

I also wasted 1 casing already.

maybe I can make the hole bigger...

tried it and its still the same issue. reset to factory setting without installing any app. after a while still touch screen not responding. going to claim warranty. Hopefully they will give me a brand new phone.
