If affordability allowed and plan to buy for own stay. I will recommend Eco hill GnG area.
The Ecohill township planners is some group ppl from Eco park. So, u can tk Eco park as example.( FYI, in whole setia alam project, only two places consider very nice n class. Duta villa n Eco park n they use same security system for these area)
So, if u like Eco park, then should be no problem to u.
Eco hill II, if not mistaken will be planned like setia alam
Eco majestic, can not commend much since is GnG under Serata title. No much example can be taken as reference but believe will be very nice and potential. Anyway the maintenance fee should be not cheap coz is Serata.

i think what he meant is that, the piece of land separating Ecohill and EcoWorld will make Ecohill 1 a bit isolated compared to Ecohill 2 and EcoWorld?

Went to tropicana heights sales office, their 2storey terrace 22'x70' selling at RM760k after discount of 5%, build up 2135ft2.. Congrats to all SEH buyers.. Haha~

i had seen. and one direct toll interchange at the west before seh2.

seh 1 will connect to eco world via the main raod after the big roundabout to south at 6oclock.

but the link road need to cross a piece of land between seh1 and ecoworld dont know by whom

if ecoworld and pnb/inp/sp setia become competitor.
seh 2 got problem to develop.

seh 1 will be at their own isolated development.

If anyone have been chopper ride before, you will notice that there is a river crossing the piece of land that behind the SEH 1, which presumebly should not be a good site for housing development as well. Nevertheless, I also heard there is another issue on acquiring this piece of land as well.

Actually i plan to stay in a g&g area, but this seh is not come with that facility, i mean for dsl...so i might wan to target another one unit at eco majestic. Hope it is not so expensive and manage to get one unit there lo.
