600k, means downpayment is 10%, since rebate is 3% for DIBS cancellation, remaining of 7% to be paid upon S&P as the downpayment.
The 3% is to be paid over the 24 months as interest, which is why it was rebated

If affordability allowed and plan to buy for own stay. I will recommend Eco hill GnG area.
The Ecohill township planners is some group ppl from Eco park. So, u can tk Eco park as example.( FYI, in whole setia alam project, only two places consider very nice n class. Duta villa n Eco park n they use same security system for these area)
So, if u like Eco park, then should be no problem to u.
Eco hill II, if not mistaken will be planned like setia alam
Eco majestic, can not commend much since is GnG under Serata title. No much example can be taken as reference but believe will be very nice and potential. Anyway the maintenance fee should be not cheap coz is Serata.

Progressive payment for the interest? Normally is within 3-5 %. For the last phase, 3% rebate against the downpayment is being given upfront. But not sure how it will be later, since the loan will be on "actual price", means after rebate.

The last property i purchased, the loan was given based on the quoted price by developer [without the rebate/discounts or what soever].

Is this not the case for SEH?
