That is not.. I really have no idea of pelangi semenyih.. we dont need ctrytal ball..the property 20km away is low occupancy.. the property upwawards oso low occupancy rate.. that is a reasonable conclution..(if you choose to think crystal ball so be it) i m totally aware that forumers here di purchase..
diverting from the real issue would not serve the purpose.. or even telling partial truth of the distance as well.. marketing skills.
and as to issue of affordability..I dun force you to believe.. but the fact majority of buyers (my crystal ballsay 50%) or more will not be able to pay up the loan.. which cost 750k.. (of which again my crystal ball tell that it will reach within 2 years time )factoring the RPGT legal fees and yearly appreciation price together with d profit otherwise it is pointless to invest maa.. stated.. forumers said SEH is a different township around u cant be telling me that your price wise is not going to follow suit right maa.. like AVERAGE DSl of 600k..new properties..
My guess is open up to other views..see what they will say SEH is good or not.. 750k is definately overpriced.. or maybe is there anyting bad about SEH? I tink money is d factor.. here are investors I can see..even before property finish.. there is already a shadow of digits hangling in your bank account di..
