one more thing, u keep mentioning flipper hope to sell SEH DSL at 750k in future, i guess is your own assumption only.......i am buying to keep for long term, not easy to find a good township planning project nowadays...
with ppl offer me 80k undertable cash to transfer my unit to him, i know that my DSL now value is at about 500k eventhough one month ago i just purchase it with 400k plus.....i never say it will go up to 750k in future, but by judging on the hard work done by SPS, it might happen...
and now i m thinking to keep it as my weekend/holiday home after i saw all the nice landscape been done by SPS, for sure it will be a very nice environment to relax the mind and forget about the hustle and bustle in city..
well, anyway, hope ur dream will realize soon that market wil crash, so u can afford to buy something from that..
