Well, i finally got through the line with 03-77277505.. Then a lady answered it, then i told her.. My Ps4 was sent in for warranty recently and wanted to know hows the situation.. She was shocked and said eh, why you call here leh.. Then i said because 1300 pushing their job from one department to another.. Then she laughed and politely help me check.. She said still need technician diagnose .. Haiz

BTW, my latest update on the console is:
CSC called and told me that hopefully they are able to replace my console 5th January. Hopefully… even they themselves is not confident on their company's performance. |

I have a similar problem! I posted this on the PS4 thread but no one answered but i guess it is because everyone was so happy getting their PS4s and my comment was spoiling the mood : P Anyway, have you tried connecting your PS4 to another TV? I brought my PS4 to my friend's house and it worked flawlessly. Plus i also connected my Vita (connection made before) to the PS4 and it was okay. So my PS4 works. Just that HDMI is somehow not transferring the data - could be handshake problem. The weird thing is that because of this, my PS3 is facing the same thing. No signal as well. My ASTRO cannot receive any HDD channels (says Copyright protection failed) but my apple TV no issues. One thing to note. My PS4 was working out of the box. All these only started after update 1.52. The only early problem was that my screen flickers from time to time - which i ignored. Sigh. Anyway, i have called Pioneer (personal friend) who came by today and took back my PS3 to test at his shop. He didnt want to take the PS4 cos he doesnt know how it works LOL. Hi guys,
i guess i am the unlucky one. My ps4 just wont read my disc. It got the disc spinning logo there, but it wont read it. I tried 2 disc, update to latest version, safe mode etc. Still cant get it. Sigh.. Btw i bought my set from Impulse. Anyone get the similar problem as i do? Do share your experience.. |

But there are few mentioned that they ahd problem update they updated to 1.52 and got shut down automatically from time to time too. Some is due to the heat problem. I think it's best for you to call the PlayStation Asia - Technical department. |

If you've registered your warranty then you can check with PlayStation Asia - Warranty Department. You can try ask them to check whether SEA region accepts your console or not by providing them your serial number. Wow why do I feel like I'm working for PlayStation Asia. Regards, Gnooh It might be the resolution on ps4 is set to 1080p, but your tv / monitor doesn't support it. try go safe mode and change the ps4 resolution to something your tv supports. |

Just to share with you guys, just now while i was playing AC4 on my PS4. I ejected the disc using the options menu after finishing playing. The disc came out but then the PS4 would not accept any disc into it. It was also was making some ' wish ~~' sound from the disc reader section. I restarter the PS4 and the problem still occures
