i just got my wife's car tinted with Ray Tech CS85 last Friday...i contacted "Lord Gitsy" in LYN...he really spent time explaining and recommending a suitable tint...the job was fast n clean too...he made me superb offer as well....

but more importantly I think the quality of the tint (CS85) is good...maybe its too soon to say but after tinting the car and driving around in the traffic in the middle of the day all over Kuala Lumpur, the effect of the tint was noticeable....the difference between my car using ordinary tint vs the CS85 is very significant...

im happy with the purchase especially because Im pretty certain that I got what I paid for and wasn't ripped off...

Thanks Sean!! smile.gif

I have seen a video where two brands of tinting were compared whereby the demostrator put sticky tape on the two samples and when he peeled them off one the color came off and the other the color stayed. Just can't remember the brands involved. Anyone can help?

Its not about brand. The purpose of the video is to highlight the consumer about the dye film.

Have been using Huper Optik for past few months and sadly, I'm not really impressed with its heat rejection especially the front (Sech60) and the sides (C50-4mil). Somehow, my other car's Wingard Royale performs better especially during scorching day.

Based on spec from both product, Huper Sech 60 performance is on par with Winguard Royale
but the Ceramic 50 4mil heat performance is lower than it. I guess that why you feel the heat.

Not sure. That's what I felt the heat...

On the other hand, my side windows still got white spots. Can re-install or claim warranty?

I tinted my mirage with Raytech CS-60 last Saturday at Raytech Glenmarie. The lady demoed different types of tint using the solar light and provided explanations and guidlines on deciding the suitable tint. The workmanship is good and the whole tinting process was completed in mere than 1 hour.

Considering it's the lowest spec of the Raytech security tint, it fares well enough for my mirage. Also managed to get a good offer through DaBestOne. Overall I am satisfied with Raytech tint and the service provided smile.gif
