For ecosky? I think based on premium product, price and brand which usually already factored in during the launch, buyers I think will be happy if they can get 10-20%...

The fact is 2012-2014 were the peak... Where EW were launching left and right.

I remember one of the pitches.. can be used as Airbnb due to proximity to Batu Caves. Maybe that is good option now.

Actually that is one of my plan. And looking at nearby area, there are many airbnb unit eg Kiara east dex.

You have spend time to manage this airbnb thing if no hire someone to handle but need to spend $$$. In the end , the important thing how is much you can can cover monthly installment.This ES must bring grade A tenants to commies. Still waiting big names tenant to coming...

But it is possible to do it on your own without hiring and agent. But I doubt total income can cover the whole monthly installment. But its a solution to an empty unit nonetheless.

yea... its better than left it empty for now.... just have to be creative during these kind of time... as long as u willing to take up the reduced losses for now while waiting for appreciation.... life still goes on... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Hmm... makes me wonder if this is the same case at Setiawalk. The bars and F&Bs seem to be doing well there.

Then again, I know of a friend who used to stay at a Sri Hartamas townhouse and he mentioned of a certain section there where some of the houses are rented out to foreign workers. hmm.gif

i think alot of similar cases when the F&B is doing well... i know of a few condos which having a lot of units rented as a hostel to the foreign workers working in their F&B shops... quite common... but not all owners like it... its better than hold it on not tenanted...

give eco sky some time.... setiawalk doesnt started off into now in very short period too... haha... but they have offices there as well as residential... i think the foot traffic difference will be there... haha
