Pool looks huge. However it’s longish and narrow. A person swimming from one end to the another needs to have great endurance.

Well, the pool is only 4ft deep, so no worries about drowning. tongue.gif

But I do notice that the majority of projects (completed and under-con) use narrow Olympic-length swimming pools and shove as many amenities as they can on the facility floor such as jogging track, playground, BBQ deck, yoga deck, etc.

Ecoworld has learnt from SetiaWalk and done right thing by combining common facilities for all 3 blocks.

With close to 1000 units sharing common pools, gym etc spread over 100,000sqft... I wonder why they need RM0.40psf for maintenance/sinking fund?

GBI etc. Suppose to have higher capex due to setup cost involved...however.. the opex should be lower, no? Which will contribute to lower maintenance fee.

but why when youre standing by the pool, you feel dull and non-vibrant atmosphere ? Choice of building colour? gloomy weather when pics taken?
