The ktm train sound is more disturbing

As early as 6am ad running.

Sometimes 4 5am also got..

During morning peak hour... every hour need to hear at least 6 to 7 times..

At nite run till 11pm+ to 12am+++

It is noisy as fxxx... invest in wadever double glaze sound proof window also useless..  before u wanna commit over 600k++ stuff and get this permanent disturbance for life.. think over it... haha

And block B is nearest to ktm.. no matter u 7 8floor or 34 floor.. all kena kaw kaw loud loud train sound

There are 3 kind of trains using that track

1. Passenger train... 4 couch usually
The sound got 2 types

1st type is - gong gong.... gong gong... gong gong... gong gong.. (the sound created when the wheel run thru some gaps between tracks)

2nd type is - keeeeeee .... keeeeee..... keeeeeeee.... keeeeee...(screeching sound sibeh loud due to the track is curvy.) And becuz there is a lane change function right at the condo location..

For this train... 30 sec long
Frequency, very frequent.. every hour sure got 2, becuz 1 up 1 down
Peak hour.. crazeee....dunno how to count
2. Passenger train, interstate

Sound same.. but much longer around 1min..
Frequency very low.. but can come at odd hour like wee hour in morning 3 4am..

3. Container train

Sound is same.. but add 1 more is diesel engine sound... boom boom boom boom boom boom boom...

Frequency is maybe 1 times after 3 days..
When he come, very long.. at least 2 minute...
Also come at funny times

Challenging times ahead for the commi. Wonder when the resi VPed?

May be you can show us the window lintel.

i got a unit in tower A with two bedroom . recently got the TNB deposit for new account.. RM1.2k.. saw the TNB website condo with 3 or less rooms is RM700.. is ecosky listed as a luxury condo?? why ler..

I was told by Ecosky SA that VP of tower A will mostly like to take place on the third week of December. It's about 2 months plus from now!

Why the facade strip not same as photo in website?
