Anyone can tell me the process of updating ECU/TCU at SC?

I plan to let them update, but not sure the steps...

HOpe some1 can tell me so that they won't cheat me since it is the first time i will bring my car to service

If go to Proton SC, around RM800, if outside, around RM50-100 cheaper.

i agreed.. so far how the blm fared? the oldest blm if someone can get hold of

on the side note, jz came back from sc. asked them to check rattling brakes and pedal issues
their note on receipt was, tighten the undercarriage and serviced the brake.

but rattling the tak... tak... tak.. on rear can't settle. they said not windscreen but inside rear door.
however once brake was serviced it's nice to drive again and how did they tighten undercarriage? it solved some rattling
