The computer was set to ultra sensitive on belt slip detection. It's not as tofu as public claims. Usually the CVT warning indicator lite up due to long downhill causes driven pulley rolling faster then drive pulley, hence the computer detected abnormal torque disturbance and put your car into safe mode. When that happen, just drive to road side at limited 40kph, stop the car & off the engine. Wait for a few seconds then restart it back, usually the CVT warning light will be gone. If after pulled over restart engine, CVT warning still persist, please proceed to nearest Plotong SC, get them to rectify it soonest possible. Or you're gonna escalate this case to TRIBUNAL PENGGUNA, tell them you'll get Xin Chew/NanYang/CainaPress/NST/The Star/Utusan or whatever to involve in news braodcasting.

put it this way:
if someone is determined to jack your car, whatever you do can be countered.

what's good does your locks do when they just toll away your car while pretending to be DBKL?
*

new car ? if yes, most probably the CVT havent "train" your foot.
old car ? I dont think such thing still happen after the ECU has learned your driving style ?

I just removed the -ve terminal of my batt last weekend.
ECU ram memory deleted, so as my driving style.
my car already long time no semput semput, no more like want stall like that when reverse & etc.
BUT all these come back out in the first 2 days.
3rd day onwards, ECU already learn back my style, no more such things as above. .

INB4, reflash ECU or watever TCU is of useless.
the same problem will come back.
it is only a issue when after you have learned to be gentle on your right foot, and the above same problem still comes back and haunt u.

our great tikus TS V12Kompressor is still running on ECU program Version 1  whistling.gif
btw, without FS, tu camtakpro srow srow aje.  doh.gif

Hi, I want to ask, for proton SC, the engine oil can change every 6 months? or every 5,000km? because I don't think that I'm able to drive 5,000 in 6 months.

*Because lastime I always go service every six months under the coconut tree even though my milege not 5,000KM every six months...

Anyone can help?
