hi

I'm in dilemma right now, I wanted to buy a soho but because there are too many soho in Cyberjaya--Im kinda confused now.

I have 3 sohos in my list.:
Kanvas
Tamarind
3rdavenue

My purpose of buying soho:
1) For my home office ( I do online shop)
2) Long term investment of course.

Which one is better?Any advice/opinion? Thanks

I went the other day!! Hahaha suddenly very excited. Setia Haruman going to launch a new service apartment behind tamarind square~ starts from RM350K - im not sure...built up from 800sq - 1xxxsq, about 500 units -- they going to launch it mid this year. I went for their Cyberjaya tour~ Huhuhuhuhu dilemma again.. I think this is the cheapest! Close to Pan'gaea's Mall, Tamarind Square, School, Science park 2, Autoville and Putrajaya link hway...it is a good location to stay and cheap~

HEadache rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif Cyberjaya seems to be in High Rises war right now... Too many. Need to really choose~

My list for soho:
3rd Avenue
Tamarind

Condo/Apartment:
Reef of Tropics by SEG
Link West by SH
Verdi by UEM
