For own stay or retirement use then zero worry. Investment may need to wait for next boom cycle, maybe 8-12 years. Oversupplied every where.

Never believe Barang Naik can transform it as the next Silicon Valley however superb living environment with only 20mins travel time away from KLCC / KLIA is not a bad choice at all (especially the landed price is still so attractive!).
