So far all knew Sony Ericksson moved out.
Another company, hoo haa in /k already.
Was told T-Systems is doing the same.

Then past few years, some companies downsized in CBJ...

Not sure but gov need to play bigger role here to try and attract or keep existing companies in...

Yes, I agree.. I drive around at 9am to looking for some noodle, but I hardly find 1.. I thought salam noodle at cbd2 open earlier, but it open at 11am.. Then I ended up at mamak stall.. I think for breakfast option available now at cyberjaya only old town, burger king and mamak stall...

Wonder cyberjaya working population no need breakfast? Or they breakfast with mamak stall daily? Or they eat bread as breakfast only? Or in their company have a canteen for breakfast?

Glomac has quite a few Chinese food shops however the parking is Pityful. Cbd2 sounds all right. Ppl can even sit at corridor walkway enjoying the meal n sufficient parking lots too (not to mention centrus mall coming Soon).

Then you must be losing job soon at cyber.. Other than that I can't see any reason why u worry so much.. If u worry so much why work at cyber? U shld look for a place to work where there won't be any risk of retrenchment..

If u worry for your friends who will losing job due to company shift out, then u r js worry abt nothing.. Who knows company will bring some staffs along? So might be a good news for your friends too..

If u worry abt investor in cyber, then u can keep it to yourself..

If u not betting few billion in cyber then u must be betting few million, or else u won't worry so much.. If u worry so much better cut lost and sell off earlier, better than total lost later..

For me, Penang street restaurant have nothing special, but selling at premium price.. i tried once and really nothing worth for second visit.. I tried prawn noodle ( very normal food court taste), crispy roast pork belly( taste like over night, not crispy), char koey teow (I can cook better).. and i feel thirsty, so must be lotsa seasoning/ajinomoto.. If they are really serving original penang food, i dont mind paying premium.. but i can say not worth lor for now..

If a restaurant have no customers, there must be something wrong with their food, not because there is no demand..

look at kung fu restaurant at shaftbury, even they open at 3rd floor, and they still manage to attract crowd.. so the quality and the taste of the food are very important..
