Just personal preference, for myself to vote the best landed in Cyberjaya will be:-

1). SEG.
2). SH.
3). MBTL.
4). SR.
5). SG
6). GR.

No right or wrong smile.gif

Yeah, the food at DeGuts is much better than kluang kopitiam...

Have you guys check on Google map for cyberjaya? Cyberjaya really massive development... And the new road really makes cyberjaya very convenient.... So call GR nearer to highway are not really now, the new access really makes inner part of cyberjaya super convenient... If GR to IOI are 5 min, I believe inner part cyberjaya to IOI now less than 10min already by using persiaran rimba permai
*
Errrr... You and your traffic lights lover theory still linger here ? Oppss... Anyway from GR to IOI needs about 10-15 mins... Clearly is not going to be 5 mins .. Maybe you are those mad driver that drive insanely and always ignoring traffic light >_<

For me, Penang street restaurant have nothing special, but selling at premium price.. i tried once and really nothing worth for second visit.. I tried prawn noodle ( very normal food court taste), crispy roast pork belly( taste like over night, not crispy), char koey teow (I can cook better).. and i feel thirsty, so must be lotsa seasoning/ajinomoto.. If they are really serving original penang food, i dont mind paying premium.. but i can say not worth lor for now..

If a restaurant have no customers, there must be something wrong with their food, not because there is no demand..

look at kung fu restaurant at shaftbury, even they open at 3rd floor, and they still manage to attract crowd.. so the quality and the taste of the food are very important..
*
Correcto.. Now days commercial F&B kitchen is manage by foreigner.. I don't think they will put effort to improve the food...

I went the other day!! Hahaha suddenly very excited. Setia Haruman going to launch a new service apartment behind tamarind square~ starts from RM350K - im not sure...built up from 800sq - 1xxxsq, about 500 units -- they going to launch it mid this year. I went for their Cyberjaya tour~ Huhuhuhuhu dilemma again.. I think this is the cheapest! Close to Pan'gaea's Mall, Tamarind Square, School, Science park 2, Autoville and Putrajaya link hway...it is a good location to stay and cheap~

HEadache rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif Cyberjaya seems to be in High Rises war right now... Too many. Need to really choose~

My list for soho:
3rd Avenue
Tamarind

Condo/Apartment:
Reef of Tropics by SEG
Link West by SH
Verdi by UEM

I bagi you more headaches, found website (www.westlink.my) and it shows RM 328k  biggrin.gif  rclxms.gif

betul ke for 800 sq feet?
*
Website don't really work, can't see much beside that 'indicative price from RM 328'. well, I don't think RM328 is apartment with rooms, should be sovo or something like that ...

RM328K for a 800sq is quite affordable price. Pangaea nearby 450sq studio aso about RM400K but fully furnished.
*
I don't think Pangea studio is fully furnish... Partly only la... And the RM328k apartment, probably is super high rise and empty empty one.... Concept : you pay what u get wink.gif always believe this

Wow, it's a 3 phase electric and 3 tier water ? Why so expensive? My landed house cost less than 200 each, for single phase...
Or it's commercial title so become so expensive? Mostly if under commercial, the utilities R much more expensive...
*
What do you mean 3 phase 3 tier ?? Is seems like deposit for the meter only ?? Wth... Help !!!!!
