CYBERJAYA: Developers in Cyberjaya will be delivering 2,400 residential units this year to add to the 8,742 residential units delivered in 2014, said executive director of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd Lao Chok Keang in his welcome address at a media event on Wednesday for the Cyberjaya Premier Property Showcase 2015 (CPPS 2015).

The property showcase will be held on March 14 and 15.

The media event featured a panel of six developers who will be showcasing their Cyberjaya development in CPPS 2015. The developers are Areca Holdings Sdn Bhd, featuring its Areca Contempo Homes, MCT Consortium Bhd with LakeFront Villa, Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd with Sejati Residences, S P Setia Bhd (Financial Dashboard) with Setia Eco Glades, UEM Sunrise Bhd ( Financial Dashboard) with Symphony Hills and Verdi Condominium, and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd with CBD Perdana 3, Ceria Residences and Westlink 1. The projects have a gross development value of RM8.95 billion.

Nvm lar... With incoming of 2 MRT station in cyberjaya, 2.4k condo will slowly absorb by the market..

i dont know the sohos/sofos/services apartment buyer profile.. and i think condo are still okay

but many of my friend are buying landed for own stay..

u seems worried yeah.. so u must know the percentage of ownstay buyers?

Actually i have bought my own landed house in USJ, but my bf is staying in cyberjaya and i'm staying with him right now. if comparing USJ and cyberjaya very frank i prefer cyberjaya more although not much entertainment or food choices over here. Eyeing on landed over here as well for future own stay.

i mean highrise as a whole.. nope im nt worried fr myself.. jus fr cybers prices as a whole.. jus like iskandar (lots of highrise) but cyber a lot more solid

for current market condition... i believe still many people wanted to buy property, but the bank restriction makes loan very difficult to get approval..

yes n many ppl waiting fr drop in prices.. i wont bank on HSR as i think it wont make it due to a variety of reasons.. MRT 2 to putra is ok mah? shld build a connecting monorail to cyberjaya need to park all those trains in dengkil leh
