I can't believe that the company was not aware that Jason has been selling CMV LCDs in the LYN forum for over a year! A case of `tutup satu mata' ke.......

Have you made police report? What did they say? Are they helpful?

Also, hope that those who already bought monitors from Jason will let the boss know. This way, there will be enough prove to show that he is selling to individuals.

ok i've called mr calvin in vismart and spoke to him just now. gave him all my particulars and also the transaction i did with moppy last december.

hope everyone that purchased anything from moppy/jboy please do the same.

Did you ask whether they will cover the usual warranty as given by standard purchase? They should, since you guys are a victim of irresponsible seller who got it from valid source.

What I am guessing is this, moppy uses jboy's name to get minimum units (let's say 5 units) from vismart to make it looks like a valid sales to reseller. Then he uses jboy nick to sell it here. He could most probably be using jboy name and account directly himself to deal. The real jboy person is probably his friend or someone who might be getting or not getting any benefit out of this. And when things get sour, he started to scream at everyone and all his irresponsible trait starts to show.

Anyway, that's my speculation only. Regardless, he is still a loser who deserve to lose his job. Or is he still with vismart?

Actually I believe that he offers his distrobuters or clients a little extra discount if they take 5 units extra (about) and that he'll pay for that extra units himself. So in effect the distro pays only for the units he originally orders and get a little more discount at that too.

warranty still valid for those that purchased from moppy/jboy. but better let rangerred explain and reconfirm on this lah because he spoke to vismart. i cant confirm anything because i just call calvin and told him my transaction with moppy last december.

As long as you have your warranty card with the Vismart chop on it it's valid at any Vismart branches.

mr calvin told me this morning in the phone this user, ECtest is officially from vismart and selling online to public. transaction MUST cash on delivery in vismart office only.

Cash and Carry. Delivery means they send the goods to you me teach you all the correct terms lol.

Yup very true he could have just bank it into his account. I don't see the reason why he need to drive down to Melaka to hand over the money. And hey! If I did read correctly there was a transportation fee he required from yangxi for his travel.... How much was that, huh?

Honestly super macgyver I think you are missing the point here.
We're all here to see that the victims get back their money without much delay because the money is rightfully theirs and not some J,Boy or Moppy or V.S.Mart (whether they are the same person or not, it is no longer much debate coz they all display the same irresponsible attitude towards the buyers)

If our friend is so great, he could easily proof yangxi worng by refunding the money fully and at no installment to RangerRed but no he have to delay. Even with a police report on him he chooses to disappear...... Now why don;t you tell us your side of the story!
