Have you made police report? What did they say? Are they helpful?

Did you ask whether they will cover the usual warranty as given by standard purchase? They should, since you guys are a victim of irresponsible seller who got it from valid source.

What I am guessing is this, moppy uses jboy's name to get minimum units (let's say 5 units) from vismart to make it looks like a valid sales to reseller. Then he uses jboy nick to sell it here. He could most probably be using jboy name and account directly himself to deal. The real jboy person is probably his friend or someone who might be getting or not getting any benefit out of this. And when things get sour, he started to scream at everyone and all his irresponsible trait starts to show.

Anyway, that's my speculation only. Regardless, he is still a loser who deserve to lose his job. Or is he still with vismart?

I am not siding anyone here but from that remark giving by supermcgyver, I think it's perfectly fine. If I am the seller I would be pissed off too. That guy is claim he got cheated by seller when the price dropped.

Common sense that everyone knows is computer parts keep dropping constantly. How can you "feel" cheated when the price drop 2 weeks after you buy. Also, even if the price didn't drop..it's still a supply and demand world out there. If you don't do your own research in pricing and ended up buying the item more expensive, do you blame the seller for selling too expensive?

what if that guy did refund the money? case close? that's it?

get some? after all these bloody mess, you will be getting SOME? f***ing loser have 2 cars but cannot afford to pay your RM700 back which he already sapu? He probably just want to pay you SOME to keep you mouth shut. If I were you, enough is enough. Either pay all or save them himself for police bail later.

Cause if you start accepting his partial payment, it would hard to chase him later for the rest. It will be more messy if you decided to report to police later.

it not impossible to earn RM4k as sales. Eventhough the basic is low, you will get commission from sales. I am sure with all his sales in lowyat, it will sort of get him closer to his sales target which if reached will yield him good commission.

Anyway, however much he earns, he still is a conman that need to repay his debt.

I salute rangerred too for his patience eventhough I might not agree with him on letting this guy go since he is jobless.

There is a chinese saying of when translated is "when you eat salty fish, you must bear the thirst". That's means you do what you do but must be responsible for the action. If not don't do it. Since he already did the con, he must bear the responsibilities despite his going jobless.

So what if he is jobless? He might have a stash of cash with him with all his conjobs. During his days selling here...do you remember how cocky he is dealing with people and all. Why do you think he need to create another nick to sell things?

No, I don't think rangerred trust him anymore. He is just being nice by not reporting him to police. He already expect not to get the money back. But if the ahole is kind enough to pay back then fine. If not, so be it.
