Okay, time to do some calculation:

Normal 1 step for Asian adult is 60 - 70 cm, let's take it 60 cm or 0.6 m.

His step time is 0.18s, means every 0.18s, he walks 0.6m.

In one second, he can walk 0.6 m / 0.18s = 3.33m

For 100 m, he just needs to walk 30.03 s

General running speed is faster than walking speed by 3.5 times.

So, if Bean gor go to running 100m, shall achieve 8.58s.

100m World record by Usaint Bolt is 9.58 s. Our bean gor can run faster by another 1 second, in the mankind history having a 100m record below 9s...

Bean gor, you should join the Olympic and win the gold medal lah, we will be very proud of you...

Ya SEH delay some time and drag further from mth to mth last year. I wait till neck patah dy.

EM now baru only wanna mari and a bit hot. Later few days bfore launching sure very hot. Like EcoSky n EcoBotanic, all also last minute registered interest.

The township looks great,

But the house design is disappointing, quite ugly..

Hope ecoworld can change the design to more modern one..

Ya, agree with u, the design is not the modern type, not the old classic eure design type, just very normal design DSL....very very normal......how come? The SEH DSL design way better than this....

SEH buyers must be very happy their house design are so much nicer than EM!!!

EM, please change your facade design, i am very keen to buy 1 unit
