The township looks great,

But the house design is disappointing, quite ugly..

Hope ecoworld can change the design to more modern one..

If i were to buy EM, most likely will go for those with extra lands, either terrace endlot or corner lot, or max limit semid cluster... Semid is way too much over my budget..

Any opinion on semid cluster?
land size is 32x75 (extra 10ft land)?
However The back of house is directly linked to another unit, there is no exit at the back, and no backyard landscape like terrace units.. Is semid cluster popular in msia?

How u think of monlis 2?

The unit that i viewd facing north, windows and sliding door are on left hand side ie facing west..
Will this be not so good on the fengshui aspect?
Personally i prefer windows and sliding door facing east leh..

1 double storey endlot, launched about 4 years ago at 600++k,
Vp last year..
3 months ago put on sale at 780k, later dropped to 745k,
Last week agent offered me at 700k,
Profit less than 100k after 4 years, hmmm hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

Anyway, ecoworld seems to be rushing to launch even before show houses are ready,
Got rumour interest rate is gonna increased in june/july,
Perhaps they wanna launch before rate hike..

Hopefully the interet rate hiike rumour can cool off interest in EM, then i can have higher chance and slowly pick my ideal unit ..

Yea i think terraces would be sold out very fast, so basically gave up on terraces, am eyeing on cluster, hopefully less competition on cluster lah sad.gif
