I was there during last weekend. The guardhouse and the gates r very impressive! But the semi D n the apartment there r quite pricy...

How's the landscape design? Nice?

Perhaps target buyers are Singaporean / Expatriate...

I am equally curious to see how they deliver the landscape as per IPad slides..... Anyone can verify whether they blow water or they mean business?

The landscape is impressive, n the entire outlook is similar to the new palace in jln duta

I don't find the new palace at Jalan Duta any attractive.... Damn fugly IMHO.

Didn't take any photo during the visit. Suggest u to pay a visit at Iskandar, can shop around those newly launched projects. Most of them r quite impressive with their show gallery though

Who doesn't love the cluster home, lol?

I felt it was nice only and all the façades are so-so which nothing to shout about, but I totally fell it was too great and am so into the concept, and design when I went to their EB last year, and several times this year. Damn impressive enough.

That's why I adamant to say, this EM would be very similar and could be nicer due to bigger acres of eco and green.

don worry of traffic time, it will become shorter in future..u know why?

because there are lots of MRT station along cheras and kajang, during that time MRT operate, many ppl will take MRT, the traffic will become smooth, so driving from semenyih to klcc will take you about 40-50 minutes only...

I agree.. Not many people can accept the classical colonial design though, I presume more people love to have modern facade instead..

I pointed out here is there are too many similarities between EM and EB. In fact, one of the EB verandah villa (Eastwell) is actually have about similar facade as one of the SemiD unit in EM (2E). Most likely the facade design for both EB and EM are coming from the same group of people...

The promo video for EcoBotanic hence actually can serve as the "teaser" for EM too, as they have many similar replicates.

I presume the promo video for EM would be similar to that of EB as well, but will include the additional following 3 features:

a.) 1k+ plus acres with unique backyard landscape design
b.) Red carpet bridge
c.) Gazebo design

Any idea whether the staffs already done the ballot-ing? According to the SA, only a small numbers are reserved for staff and he said not everyone gets to ballow wo... He said also depends on performance. Dunno how true is this....
