Haha, for EM, if terraces maybe unlikely except for semi d, then maybe got chance to slowly pick.

Btw, Tan Kor, wow, Valerie leng lui, ur appetite seems good but never the less, u have a very good eye sight. Means EM can go dy.

Hehe, i have good eye sight on girls only, property wise still have a lot to learn from chris gor and many other dai gors here..

Yea i think terraces would be sold out very fast, so basically gave up on terraces, am eyeing on cluster, hopefully less competition on cluster lah sad.gif

Kajang 2 / Nadayu 92 / Tropicana Height is waiting the amenities such as mall, flyover to persiaran bangi, as well as the road connection to silk highway to come in place. Once it is done, price will be different.

May I know is it an end lot or corner lot?

If not mistaken, Nadayu 92 launching price for entry DSL in 2011 is about RM 420k ++ (with some rebate), currently subsale is around 600k ++

Just found out that the new commercial center directly opposite to the Setia Ecohill is called Semenyih Business Park, 68 units of 3-storeys shop office. The developer is JBS group and claimed it is 100% sold out..

These new shoplots is just next to the L'MARQ "soho" type service aparment that tag at at the price below RM 200k.

Nadayu 92 terrace 22x65 have seen a good rise in the price le... Like u said, starting price 420K and subsale 600K. Quite good i think but recently the price doesnt up so much since last year.
