For ownstay, then it is irrelevant since buyer ll hold it for medium to long term.

needs to be good.

If. Buy at 2014 at 600k. Only can
sell 700k around 2018.

Not much gain. Initial cash need
60k plus.

hi bro pls dun buy EW if u think 2018 only 700K.

kl got so many property waiting u to buy.. i think wil help u to earn more than 100k after 2018.

This area needs cooperation of all stake holders and regulatory for realising a good masterplan.

I will be aiming the bungalow lots in EM.

Chun gor, every property also have risk. It depends on your risk appetite. I don't think anyone, even LKS can give you a correct figure for a project that VP 3 years later... hmm.gif hmm.gif

There are only two weekends left in May. We can guess as much when it is gonna be. If I were you, I make familiarize with the route to their satellite office.

Recently VPed DSL that I am aware at Klang and Shah Alam, there have been properties offered in the market at low profit margin but the quantity is not high therefore I am unsure whether these showings are representative for a bad moment.

My own experience:-
1 double storey endlot, launched about 4 years ago at 600++k,
Vp last year..
3 months ago put on sale at 780k, later dropped to 745k,
Last week agent offered me at 700k,
Profit less than 100k after 4 years, hmmm hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

Anyway, ecoworld seems to be rushing to launch even before show houses are ready,
Got rumour interest rate is gonna increased in june/july,
Perhaps they wanna launch before rate hike..

Hopefully the interet rate hiike rumour can cool off interest in EM, then i can have higher chance and slowly pick my ideal unit ..
