If strata title, do we need to pay cukai pintu?
Property manager will manage roads, drainage, landscape, street lighting, rubbish collection.

My guess --> slight variation on BU with enhancement on finishing/sanitaryware and at the back of my head, I think they want all phases to be nicely done without smaller BU and just typical joe facade.... that would be my quess.

Developer is very good on marketing one. Terrace houses normally two storey... may be future phase, they can come out 3 storeys terrace house....so call super link.... higher BU etc. Like Setia Alam, 20 x 65, they plan three storey leh..

DBKL, MPPJ, MPPK, etc. still have responsibility on maintenances.. eg. roads, rubbish collection - road got lubang need to repair Strata title - responsibility fully by JMB - operations are ran from monthly maintenance collection from owners
