I attended Petronas Civil Executive interview, was told failed but asked to return to interview for a Business Development Executive.

Interview with the HOD was last month, still haven't gotten any replies from them.

Well not too sure what is happening but wondering though is the prospect of Business Development Exec good? Will the salary be on the same level as Technical Exec and what would be the expected pay ar?

Hye all, it's been slightly more than 6 months i'm waiting for the offer letter to be issued. Lots of emails and calls have been made to reach the HR but still no response. Should I move on? Is it true if after 6 months still not get offer letter, we wont have the opportunity to work there?

p/s: I have done my medical check up and waiting for the offer letter.

I suggest that you be patient for the time being. I called Petronas, and they said that they will continue processing everything once they are done restructuring.their organization, which should be by between end of this month till next month.

glad to hear that.. is all the subsidiaries having restructure? bcoz mine is under one of the subsidiaries of Petronas.

As mentioned earlier, just be patient. I waited for 6months as well. There r tonnes of resumes waiting to be reviewed, candidates to be hired etc... If it's meant to be yours... You'll eventually get it. Good luck

How was Petronas fresh grad pay? 4k plus?

No wonder PETRONAS wanted to see me for a face-to-face interview so quickly, when I had assumed that their turnaround time had always been sluggish. I don't know if it's a good idea to work there right now, though. Anyone here works as an SAP professional or works with one?

hi everyone, how can i contact any HR upstream staff that incharge in recruitment? my SI already passed since october last year, then in Nov one of them informed me that carigali exploration already booked my name and maybe report duty in early jan. but then until now there is still no news
and lately i heard that carigali already has no opening for PE/PG fresh grads, is it true?

They were forced to freeze recruitment due to restructuring that may take months. They'll probably call you once they've done with restructuring n stuff. Dont worry fella i'm in the same boat as you. Just not the right time yet. Just like what they've said patience is the key.

yeah but it has been 4 freaking months. And what were making me so stress is when your colleagues who SI later than you and now they are already going offshore.
