Is it true that HR impose a 3-year "cooldown" to candidates who failed their SI (first interview), before hiring (interview) them?

Even though they pass the TA, and ready to be hired as contract staff (for the 2nd job interview)?

My experience is the weirdest:

SI on 23rd Dec, then 2 weeks later (yesterday) received email to attend Medical Exam at Pusrawi this Thursday.

I thought the whole process takes months.

wow..that's very fast indeed I did my SI on Oct and I haven't even received my medical checkup email up to this day

it's normal bro! i've done my SI and get the results on the same day, got the official email the next day (with medical instruction), offer letter in a week (when i tot that the results should be ready in 2 weeks time).

just sharing, not belagak or what not..hehe...

so, nnt blow that thing kuat2 ye, cz quite a number i heard x lps that breathing (nak check ur lungs) test. aku pon, budak klinik yg buat sebab die ckp mesin tu kdg2 weng...hahah

there's a lot of things to consider:

1. the efficiency of ur recruiter
2. whether ur boss nak pakai org that badly (like in my case)
3. rezeki...
4. sabar
5. doa
6. hehehee

but no worries, it will be if it is.....

When I received the call (to get medical checkup), i thought it was a prank from my friend, luckily didn't shout "hoi nak pekena aku ka?"

Just sent the medical exam report to HR today.

Goodness, the lung test ah, really pain Have to repeat few times until pening already, damn..



Have you tried emailing them?
For me, I've just emailed the Head who interviewed me, he's the one who pushed my enquiries to HR

Actually, u dont have to send in the results urself. The letter states that the clinic should do the job..huhu...but the downside is that, i dont know the results..aiyoo...rugi betul.

They gave me 1 week deadline to do the medical checkup, so just delivered it myself in case the hospital delay here there until missed the deadline

Not sure where they going to campak me if i got it. Just finished doing medical check up last week. Still tak dapat offer letter lg.

Just finished my medical check up last week. Normally, how long does it takes to get the offer letter?
And is it possible that we did not passed the medical test? Eg. High sugar, high cholestrol, high bp and etc. let say we have either one of those..but doctor tick fit to work, still cannot get the offer is it? Scared already. Havent get any update since i submit my med check up last week. 😓

Just be patient. In my case, it's been 5 months since the medical check, still, waiting for the offer letter. Remember one thing, 2015 is a tough year for oil and gas industry. Don't hope too high and be prepared to face the consequences.
