Hye guys, do you know Petronas Carigali Sabah (Kota Kinabalu) email, I want to do my internship there by next year. I know that I can apply via website discoverpetronas but there is no selection for Kota Kinabalu Sabah. Perhaps anyone here know HR for the petronas KK? Their email that I can send my CV? Million thanks!

Hi all,

I've passed my TA on 21 August and SI on 13 Oct. I did called the HR rep and told me that I am recommended for the position. However, it has been more than 1 month and no new news so far. :S

Anyone just got their medical checkup/offer letter recently?

Chill bro.. I just wanted to find out on the job details, in terms of the scope, experience required and also the salary package..

I'm currently working as a Snr. Consultant (Management Consulting) in non O&G industry and my salary is already on the high side, so I am wondering if I can actually try for the executive role.. As salary and experience might be an issue...

Hi guys,

I found out that the SI will be conducted in a group. however, in my case, my upcoming SI will be conducted by one on one interview basis, anyone have the same experience with me? if so, appreciate if Lowyat Sifu could give some tips over here.

No more in groups, I guessed. For less than 3yrs exp (fresh grad), there will be a role play session. That is all the diff from the experienced.

Speaking based on my SI experience, I'm only interviewed by 2 SMs (2-on-one basis?) and not in a group. There are only the normal case study and competency based interview in my case. No role play which is weird since I only have 1.5 years of experience. Not sure if they've changed the structure.

Unfortunately, due to integrity issue, I personally am not permitted to provide the exact/gist of the article. However, what I can give are the do's n don'ts:

DOs:
1. Be yourself
2. Be confident
3. Know ur cv content by heart

DONTs:
1. Stop talking
2. Made up stories
3. Uptight
4. Change decision halfway/after being provoked

For the article, the rule of thumb is to summarise, state whether you agree or against the issue and how to overcome the issue based on the article and your own ideas.
