With You Vista (selling 700-800 psf), just two stations away from EKC, has left not many units (as of yesterday).
I understand You City is doing well and should give thumb-up.

I pretended to look for a unit.
I told PJD SA the their psf(before disount) is about the same as EKC and EKC has available units also.
Even PJD SA also agreed that I should own a unit of EKC
(Again, You City is doing very well)

With EKC BlkE sold out, then the EKC price will rise.

compare to you city , eko cheras is better ?

for me definately ekocheras is better.... first is distance to kl it's much nearer. 2nd, i believe the design and the height of the building will make it become the landmark of cheras. 3rd, do not forget that leisure mall is the "Ongest" mall in cheras now and just opposite ekocheras and linked with covered walkway. just my 2 cents.

Agree, you know how jam jalan cheras is, so even though it could be only nearer by 1km, that already makes a difference.

By the way is you city located before toll or after toll?

You City is located after toll booths from KL direction.
We can enter before the toll and take an internal route to You City.

youcity is after toll. it means u need to pay toll. Although it looks like short distance between Ekocheras & Youcity. if you drive at 730am in normal working day from youcity to ekocheras and u will see the difference

haha, there is always internal route to skip the toll. It is depend on your whether want to turn a big round and go home ..

From KL, enter Jln Medan Masria. That is the common entrance to Tmn Cuepac etc.

Lunch time OK and smooth as per yesterday. There is traffic light in the internal route.
I seldom be there weekday time.

but i used to see a very long queue in front of the traffic light when going home after work.

Seriously anything after toll is less attractive.

Especially those properties which are just after toll booth, really si beh tu lan!
