i think after toll prop is good if u work opposite direction toward to Kajang area..

Inner route also more traffic lights, road condition a bit bumpy, also some parts are up slopes.

Bdr Mahkota, Sg Long or Bdr Tun Hussein Onn are better if working in that direction.

YouCity not a good location because need to pay toll no matter which direction you come back from.

It you look at chares area.

cheras tmn segar . Mahkota cheras are forest reserve areas.

no development mean less crow areas. So it mean si beh good for own stay in long run after the 2 mrt line running.

They have over 100 units available, many drop out units due to loan issue and some buyers back off.
