Looking back these past few years, new launches peaked out in 2012-2013. Most of them will vp on or before 2017. With such poor sentiment, cooling measure n loan tightening, Developers also hesitate to launch new project now. We have had a good 5 years, probably is the consolidation period for next 5 years. Hopefully by year 2020 will be the start of good cycle again.
