the letter is pretty simple actually.. only says contact the developer within 14 days for the execution of spa, then pay for the balance of deposit n if u fail to do so within 14 days rm1k will be forfeited.. thats it..
din mention anything bout free this free that..

Think if SPA and loan legal fee are free then purchaser need to pay for the disbursement and the loan agreement stamp duty (which is 0.5% of the loan amount) Those who sign, pls advise how much is the disbursement to pay

If ur loan is 70% take non dibs n enjoy 7% discount better. If ur loan is 90% then better take dibs..
