Bro, u still can get 90% meh...teach us how lah

For SOHO since 60 floors, maybe low vs high floor make a difference due to the timing in billing, maybe not much also, say 1 to 2 % difference

If really want to calculate, need to calculate by months, the also need to get progressive schedule from developer and when is the estimated next stage biling

Yes, there is price revision for towers H n J. The revised price is also a bit funny n not consistent. Selling price for Tower H is increased by 4.5% while price for Tower J is increased by only 2% (price increased based on the initial price 5% cheaper than Tower H).

If you look at their sales chart now, the revised price between Tower J n H have huge gap. For my unit in Tower J compare to H, it is cheaper by 8.5%. Really don't understand how they price their property.

Understand Tower H has Klcc view. But 1st-30th floors will be blocked by Tower E.

Similar property with huge price gap! Anyone can explain this?
