Associate ? If developer not allow how to transfer ?
Your associate must be very powerful .
Because developer already mentioned all drop out from loan will be returned n sell at new price .

Any taikor can share whether take the 7% discount better or take DIBS package. Any one done the math assuming only 70% loan. Can share views pls?

If your price is RM500k, 90% loan is RM450k and the 7% rebate (RM35k) is about 7.8% of the loan

If you price is RM500k, 70% loan is RM350k and the 7% rebate (RM35k) is 10% of the loan!

Since under 70% loan, the first drawdown will probably only be in second year. Assuming average 25% billing for each of the 4 years of construction, the interest estimate is

1st year = 0 interest
2nd year = RM125k*4.2%=RM5250
3rd year = RM250k*4.2% = RM10500
4th year = RM350k*4.2% = RM14700

Total interest = RM30450, still lower than the 7% rebate of RM35k
