actually i personally think opr which is used to derive blr wont increase next year..

hmmm.. wat about 80% loan? any taikor here did calculation before?

imho, next year at least 25 points I think, but we all know it's subject to economic situation, for now it looks likely

imho, 80% don't take, 7% quite worth

Thanks for the advice,but cos I'm on the 21st floor,will take at least 2.5 years to arrive my floor and also have some extra money to put into my flexi loan.

According to ms yeong of ekovest, she said not allowred 4 transfer unless between immediate family members, husband n wife. Bring ur relevant certs to prove ur relationships, else got to surrender unit back 2 developer n forfeit ur rm1k. Developer will resell the unit at 5% premium price to next buyer..

Wah, popularity of sir name is also an issue now..? Or else difficult to get buyers .... Hahaa

Furthermore, only Tower H units increased price by 5% while Tower J price increased by RM10k+. Believe there shouldnt have price increase for Tower E since still not sold out yet...

Tower E price remains stagnant as sales for this block is not as brisk as J & H..

Bring ur birth cert or marriage cert whichever applicable..this kind of transfer is permissable n without any charge. U dont lose ur rm1k.

OPR is expected to increase at least 25bp 1Q next yr n another 25bp in 2015. With GST kicking in in 2015, it will coz a spiral of inflationary effects n this will push up the OPR which will coz BLR to increase in tandem. If ur loan is either 80 or 90% its safer to take dibs package n sleep soundly. If loan only 70% then non dibs makes sense..

GST has far reaching effects. Many goods that r currently not under d present d saes n service tax will incur GST such as your basic necesssities ie coffee, tea, creamer, canned fruits, school bags.According to an article I read, thr r 250 pages of goods n services exempted fr the current sales & service tax but thr r only 21 pages of exemption in the upcoming GST. Inflation will shoot up n potentially BLR will go up as well.

the term is "usually" .. since that's the only one, I don't think developer will do such "special" arrangement kua (no shower head) smile.gif or else normally you put water heater in will do

beween, duplex SOHO, I just realized that it's almost identical as Scott Garden Soho 775sqft .. I sincerely hope that Ekovest can deliver much more better than Scott
