Good location, easy accessibility, intergrated mix development, connectivity to mrt, established township and i wouldn't say cheap, but reasonable entry price and affordability. |

Heard theres strategy to buy many units and still get loan approve.
Apply loan buy the units with different bank at the same time.. Loan most likely approved coz tat time no committed yet for other housing loan...  All the bank will approve the loan for each separate loan applied. But big risk if unable to sell later and cant service loan installment..
