Heard theres strategy to buy many units and still get loan approve.
Apply loan buy the units with different bank at the same time..
Loan most likely approved coz tat time no committed yet for other housing loan...
All the bank will approve the loan for each separate loan applied.
But big risk if unable to sell later and cant service loan installment..
Actually I oso thought of trying to buy 2 unit of other condo last year using above strategy but worried so end up buy 1 only..
