Overall, ther were more ground dug than previous. Can't really quantify it. Take a zoom to the left and observe the size of workers, for a feel of the depth  Zoom  |

Understand the aircond ledge area is not the right place to hang clothes.
Would hanging clothes at aircond ledge kill the aircond?
Anyone has experience?

When ask the legal assistant how come the carpark layout plan not attached and marked in the stamped S&P? The answer was need to check with the lawyer in charge
Is your S&P the same?

It was dated 28 February n stamp on 24 Mac, within the 1 month grace
Looks like my 4 years before LAD only applicable after Feb 2018

D lawyer called me today 2 pick my stamped s&p. Will pick up this sat. I signed my s&p last dec 26.

Noted... Hope to have other "durian runtuh" units like loan rejected units from other potential projects. Sometime hope to chap-sei-gai (windfall for cherry picking) on low psf unit like the earlier E-3A studio.  |
