lower floor cheaper, its reasonable for owner to get higher carpark or farther.

mostly directors/boss reserved it for investment purpose.

Dont see any advantages, money stil theirs. Value up? as if you can selling it as easier as director.
They probably have exclusive personal agent to sell all their property to manage well their funds for investment.
Rich wil get richer. We would hav pay more efforts to sell our units.

What's the size for the 460k(now 550k) you mentioned? just be very small unit right? as never know Ekocheras can be that cheap at 460K previously?
