It would be such a waste if a property which is 100m away from a MRT station is a low density residence.

The value of MRT properties like EkoCheras is directly tie to the performance of MRT. We pray that MRT project is a success and commonly use by the public and it can have a sustainable profit. This is not a selfish thought because it will also ease KLV's bad traffic situation.

when block N is scrapped thr is a reduction of residential units by almost 20% or 316 units. The mall will also b more sustainable if thr is an internal pool of ekocheras residence with spending power. Good brand names will b more attracted 2 start up a retail shop in the Ekomall.

Yep we were very happy with the purchase. But seriously in December there were quite a lot of people dumping. U can tell from the way they negotiated.

Hello restful boss, How would the 25bppa be translated into BLR percentage?
Use an example, the BLR is 6.6%
After an increment of 25bppa, what will the new BLR become?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basis_point
Does it mean 25bppa = 25/100 = 0.25%?

Pls advise.
Thx
