Never mind..la. the answer 2 this question wont affect us. I think bumi lot will take at least 2 yrs to release. By then price aso go up a lot ..

Only 7% paper gain for me on block E after booking in 2013, and now no more 7% discount in 2014 which is good.

IMHO, don't only look at the 7% paper gain, should see the future propestive of this project..
don't know why I feel that the MRT this round is different from LRT, lots of info and sources give me impression that they are seriously plan for MRT this time...
and when this MRT success, projects linked with it will be success too, it likes twin brothers...

Anyhow, I think all ppl should hope that yhe MRT will success..this is nothing abouy politic but for good of ppl in KL...

MRT progress looks gd and very transparent. Ekc cp surely cannot to velo cp of 6500+ lot. The most 1500 lot i guess. Pricing wise velo vs ekc...earth n heaven.

Exactly your guess is wrong, 3x, EkoCheras have 4300 cp lots

That's including soho owners' cp right? Those available for the mall ll b less than 2k i guess.

The only thing holds me back is one room and one carpark for 821sf. But i do get your points above.
