Anyone can advice the BlkE sale status?
Wonder how will the developer deal with the unsold units. To lease?

Hello CMW123 boss, has the developer explained why so?
They should have standardized all units to have at least 2 free aircond, since there are 2 aircond points for studio.

bro, not to worry about unsold units. It will definitely become hot cake once the lifestyle mall & hotel plan is approved by the authority..

Furthermore, 30% bumi units are still on their hand.

One SA told that the earliest ekc bumi release will be sometime Jun to Aug this year, if all approval process go smooth.
When will the velo final phase be launched?

Bro, im not sure when it will launch the phase 3. but what i knew phase 2 was launched last quarter 2013. Price was about RM1,050- RM1100 per sqf if not mistaken.

Developer is proposing min price increase 4 bumi lot 10% over & on top if all the existing increases. Now r u guys regretting not buying a 2nd unit during the project's initial launch?

The edge yest reported expected slow down in new launches for primary market in view of cooling down measures by d govt. Developers hv 2 give more freebies n discounts to entice buyers. But apts in good location (beside mrt/lrt) priced rm500k n landed terrace houses in upcoming townships or matured area priced between rm600k to rm800k will continue to hv strong demand esp fr 1st time purchasers.

Properties with value and special feature (inclusive of location, accessibility, etc) will stand up among others rather than only price factor. Investors/purchasers nowadays will choose wisely instead of previous years, every projects all also BBBWWW

so fast mei, it has to follow some criteria (e.g. advertisement etc) and if I remember correctly, have to wait till 80% completion only bumi quota units can be released (and have to pay premium per each unit to Land office)
