Bro, im not sure when it will launch the phase 3. but what i knew phase 2 was launched last quarter 2013. The edge yest reported expected slow down in new launches for primary market in view of cooling down measures by d govt. Developers hv 2 give more freebies n discounts to entice buyers. But apts in good location (beside mrt/lrt) priced rm500k n landed terrace houses in upcoming townships or matured area priced between rm600k to rm800k will continue to hv strong demand esp fr 1st time purchasers.
