Umm, may I know if there is anyone who can make an IEM replacement cable?

It requires a pair of mini DC plug (1.3mm) to a 3.5mm stereo plug.

Sorry for the trouble, I've made a mistake regarding the size sweat.gif

It's actually a 2mm plug (outer), inner should be +-0.7mm.

Oh, I also want to mention that it is strikingly similar to the old Nokia charger's plug.

Someone mentioned about Jalan Pasar to me before, but I have no idea where it is exactly.
(Doesn't even know how it looks like...)

Can try Pasar Road, as well as any online stores such as RS Components, Farnell/Newark/element14 or Mouser. As for replacement cable, can try more2teayap... nod.gif

Pasar Road (or Jalan Pasar) should be easy to find, just right down the road from Berjaya Times Square. If lost then ask for directions. hmm.gif

Can use a simple resistor network, or just a potentiometer to adjust the line level outputs... wink.gif

You can also use the stereo version, and ignore one of the connections. Again, can try Pasar Road, as well as any online stores such as RS Components, Farnell/Newark/element14 or Mouser... icon_rolleyes.gif

Your location is Kuantan, right (from your profile)? I do have a friend who has a friend that repairs electronic equipment, although I'm not sure if he does IEM repairs and/or provide recabling services. Just PM me for more information... hmm.gif

removed all non important sleeve, copper shielding is too heavy.
braiding is much better than shieldings and sleeves in term of sound quality. a little bit regret that i didnt braid my usb cable.the only downside is naked wires do generate stestoscope effect when u move it. but who moves the cable while listening to music. this isnt iem so the sound wont go too loud.

pretty unsatisfied with the length though, too long for desk or portable use but too short for distanced relax listening. might as well make it shorter for desk use and make extension for distanced relax listening

you done a great job on braiding. Furutech plugs are big, can fit thicker cables.
