its custom made in japan. been using mogami all the way, but change to tat recently.

they have lot different types of cable, digital, analog, speaker cable, digital coax and more.
For analog IC i using tat about rm100/m pair unterminated.

mogami? you know where to get them? ive been hunting @ jalan pasar for a long while but couldnt seem to find any

yea.. i only saw canare @ instraco.. and then some random brands already ... i really wanna try mogami coz i heard its much clearer on the mids and highs

You can ask Instraco order for u but only in bulk, which means 130m per roll. About 1k per roll depends on model

lol... mogami is hard to get malaysa.. singapore can get... wat cable u want? i have some spare in my store room.

It's a standard in studio industry. Definitely can be used as reference.

i need to replace my stock '3.5mm > RCA' cable as it's getting ter"bent" after 2-years of usage

I'm connecting the speaker to a desktop DAC/AMP. So the connection looks like this: DAC/AMP > stock cable > speaker. The DAC comes with 3.5mm jack-output and RCA-out.

my questions are:
1) SQ-wise, 3.5mm-out or RCA-out is better?
2) i need a 2-meter cable, but with a budget of only RM100+-, what is the best (brand) i can get? (cable + connector).
3) and will it improve the SQ a lot if i were to change the stock 'RCA>RCA' cable connecting the speakers to the subwoofer?

My apology if my noob questions have been asked before.

1)RCA..
2)try ask for some custom cable from the forumer here
3)garbage in garbage out,no point upgrade cable if ur system not decent enough to show different cable different SQ.

p/s:i changed my divoom xforce1 speaker cable to cat5e,use high quality rca to stereo cable to connect to my source,in the end the sound is still the same,the GIGO terminology holds.

divoom is same brand as sonic geer... so it sucks 10 kinds of asses from the start to the end, and the only difference you'll hear is no prick prack sound from the connections after mod

Depends how much you can spare mahh.. can go from few ringgit right up to hundreds..

You can try Canare 2T2S for RCA-RCA or 4E6S for 3.5mm-RCA/RCA-RCA.

THe head can use Canare F10 (RCA male), F12 (3.5mm male), it is big and easy to work with. You may also try Switchcraft SW3502 RCA.

All above can get for below rm100 at Jalan Pasar.
