If uM up sikit from 64kbps to 256kbps sure got a lot of people switch to uM...
I think 256kbps is nothing for them...

Haha don't think so, they got no reason to offer 4 times better after fup speed since they are not gonna win 4 times more revenue and might lost lots potential on early renewal umi and larger data quota subscribers due to high after fup speed they might satisfy with umi28 rather than umi48 mb68, while all other telco not doing the same stupid things, I think umobile not gonna do this while their company still fail to get listed due to losses every year. Anyway this dream still lots customers dreaming for la, like dreaming for keeping all apps free, and also free from ads cry.gif

worst-case scenario: 256kbps, 24-hours, non-stop connection.

Best yet, the numbers above were calculated on 85% of the full connection speed

Most likely following the recent Galaxy Note 3's "No Upfront" payment tactic, which only on higher plans, purchase the device via credit card and subscribe to Auto Debit for monthly access fee.

Best internet plan and pricing for mobile services in Malaysia.

But the customer service in Ipoh sucks to max. Bad attendants and CS staffs always putting on sulky face like there are no other competition around.

UMobile execs reading this take note especially their CMO, Jasmine Lee take note.

Your Ipoh branch CS staffs have one of the rudest people around. If a customer walks in to terminate the line, after hearing from them immediately they'll do it without hesitance. Totally no respect for customers and rude replies!

RM50 for 2GB + Free UNLIMITED calls to all UMOBILE numbers.
Good for all day instant messaging and OTT voice calls.

Quota depletes only RM10 for every subsequent 1.5GB top-up.

Way better than DiGi and Maxis in pricing. HSPA Speed is as good as Maxis's HSPA network since they are sharing.

You can most likely to unlock the modem easily. ,

2. For prepaid there is no add on package, want more free mins just ask your mom switch to umobile and you are eligible call to her 1 hour free per day before 7PM

Email a formal complaint to their cs and ask for a case number. This way they'll be in the system and they can take proper action. If there is even a Umobile exec that is actually lurking here, it is better to tell them straight away.

They won't know about the poor service unless it is reported.

Looking for broadband, monthly usage around 5~8 gb , area Putrawalk seri kembangan , serdang , puchong,
So any plan from umobile?
I will terminate maxis bes68 if there is better. Bes68 only 4gb monthly charges rm77.

if always >5GB, then get the postpaid internet plan:http://www.u.com.my/phone-deals/broadband-devices

if manage within 5GB, both prepaid and postpaid internet is ok. http://www.u.com.my/u-broadband/prepaid_plans

I just did MNP from DiGi to uMobile ... However, seems like the connection of uMobile not so pleasant.... The 3G connection is not stable, even whatsapp keeps connecting and cant send / receive msg ... I wonder is it because of HLR database has not been fully migrated? Or really because of the area of my place not really having good coverage... I am staying at kepong nearby desa park city

Ur line unstable doesnot related to hlr....
I think u need to report to umobile for the coverage issue lo
U using what phone?know to check signal strength or no? If ur 3g more than 20 asu mean the coverage is good.
If 2g, complain to maxis instead of umobile.

hey dude,

I wanna test the 3G of u mobile before I switch over, may I know if this test method still works?

best bet if go 7-11 buy a prepaid sim pack with RM5 value inside and subscribe 24 hour broadband with that RM5 credit to test kaw kaw,.

if coverages sucks just leave the sim expired or throw away,

if coverages good, can keep the sim continue using or MNP to postpaid as well
