Sorry for the late reply, to answer your question in short. I get GREEN tint instead. It looks like a bad WB algorithm. Maybe since this a different model sensor, what ever software compensation (4.3 Update) they made to combat the purple/pink tint caused normal sensor to over compensate. I don't know but I can't be bothered to resend it to the customer service again.

Besides, everytime i let the camera "meter" my hand/skin first seemed to correct the AWB algorithm again when point elsewhere.

Finally yesterday htc called me saying they will send my phone today......after more than a month waiting.........

Hope I don`t have to send for a 3rd time after this..........it sucks........

I googled n saw a few guide, but they said I need to find the right RUU. How can I identify the right RUU to download? This unit of One is bought locally.

Just back from tribunal claim. Seller not come for hearing. So win the case. Later deliver the award and return whole phone set to them.

After tribunal claim, seller just make a call to me, say want follow up the case and see did HTC settle my problem or not. I tell them already get the award, but if they can do other offer I also may consider to co-operate.

woah . i fix my camera already . so far its really impressive no purple tint (touch wood)
It took me 11 working days to complete. i think the only fastest way to get ur set quickly done is by pestering them everyday. XD

My dad went yesterday afternoon for collection as promised. Turns out it was still not repaired. He had to wait 2 hours but another problem came up, it can't charge.

Finally got it all working at 7pm. No purplish discolouration but he is still not satisfied with the colours produced by the camera.

Need help, just got my HTC one last week and now got problem already = =
Suddenly my phone now cant off screen (pressing power button one time), but if I press the power button for a few seconds, it still pop up the windows ask me either want restart, power off, etc.
I remember i set 30seconds timeoff for screen, it wont off the screen automatics also.
already restart twice. still same case.
whats should i do now?

Hi, I would like to file a Tribunal before sending my HO to BTS after cny. However, I have lost my receipt for the purchase of my HO on May 2013 from maxis.

2 questions:

1) any solutions for my case assume that I can't find my receipt. Can still file Tribunal? Request from maxis? Is it possible? Or any other suggestions?

If there is a solution for question 1:
2) since I bought HO from maxis with the surfmore75, I was able to get the phone for around rm1500. So if file Tribunal, what amount should I put, the retail price or the price I actually paid? But it is quite unfair if I claim rm1500 because I am still stuck with the maxis surfmore75 plan and rm1500 can't buy me a similar high end phone right?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I just win my case yesterday. so suggest u filing now as it may take 6 weeks for the hearing date.

1. U can try ask from maxis, but don't tell them u want filing tribunal claim. Mine is bought from digi and I did that already.

2. if the promote price is Rm1500, u will get back same amount or replace with new set if win the case.
